Everything ships from Minnesota by USPS, to addresses in the United States only. I do not ship internationally yet.
Price. The shipping price is the real USPS price for the size and weight of your package and the distance to your ZIP code. You choose between USPS Ground Advantage (usually 2 to 5 business days in transit) and USPS Priority Mail (usually 1 to 3 business days). The price is shown at checkout before you pay, and there are no surprise fees after.
When it ships. I pack and ship orders in batches, usually within 5 business days of your order. Checkout shows the current timing. Transit time starts when the package leaves, so a full order-to-door time is typically about a week to ten days.
Tracking. You get an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Your address. Please check it carefully. Once a package has shipped I cannot change the address, and a package returned because of a wrong address would need to be reshipped at your cost.
Damaged or lost. If your piece arrives damaged, take photos and email me within 7 days. If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, email me and I will look into it with USPS.
Digital items are delivered instantly. After payment you get a download link on the thank-you page and by email. The link works for 7 days or 5 downloads, whichever comes first. If it stops working or you lose it, email me and I will send a fresh one.
